The photography of Subhankar
Banerjee is coming to Santa Maria from the San Francisco
California Academy of Science, brought to the community by
your Natural History Museum, Santa Maria.
This exhibit was designed and created at California Academy
of Science , San Francisco. Santa Maria will be one of 12
cities fortunate to receive this show courtesy of a grant
by the Lannan Foundation. This exhibit has been shown in 2003
at the Smithsonian, California Academy of Science and The
American Museum of Natural History, New York City.
2004 TownCenter Mall East, July 5-31st
The exhibit will be on display at the Towncenter Mall East,
2nd floor next to Waldenbooks.
Hours: M-F Noon-8PM Sat-Sunday Noon-6PM

Grand Opening

The grand opening of this event takes place Saturday,
Noon, July 10th, 2004. There will be an opening flag ceremony
by the Boy Scouts followed by , "Global Village Musical
Storytelling, a performance by artist Will
Clipman from Tucson, Arizona. Please visit his website
for more information.
There will be a members-only special reception at 11:00am
The press will be on-hand, meet Will Clipman, view the exhibit,
and refreshments will be served.
